Industry Award Categories

To recognize the organisation which have been making invaluable contributions to the holistic development of society at large.

  • A start-up Organization with a clear Social Entrepreneurship model and visible outcome or an existing Organization which has consistently dedicated themselves towards unyielding community service and carried minimum of 5 societal development initiatives with visible outcomes

To recognize an individual who has implemented turn-around strategies in an existing organization or a startup with a great strategic growth and has brought competitive edge and substantial Organisational growth.

  • An individual with not less than two decades of corporate experience and significantly enhanced the Organisation’s net earnings by not less than 25% as compared to the previous financial year. The current year’s revenue for the organization should not be less than INR 200 cr as on 28th February 2019. If it’s a startup with less than 2 yrs of existence, the individual’s strategy should have seen min INR 25Cr revenue for the startup in the second year as on 28th February 2019.

To recognize the significant contributions made by the young HR professionals working at a challenging organizational set-up.

  • An individual who has completed not less than 7 years of experience in core HR function at multiple verticals and not older than 30 years as on 28th February, 2019. Has been part of an organization which has grown in terms of business revenue and people size. Should have visible value addition in the overall growth curve.

  • An organisation with more than 5 years of existence and with minimum 500 employees. Has seen consistent people growth (min 50% every year and < 15% attrition every year) for the last 3 consecutive years as on 28th February, 2019..

  • An organisation with a customer base not less than 5000 and significantly established a system, process and culture to provide exceptional and customer service.
